Role Overview
The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional retail experience to customers. The role requires handling clients, building long-term relationships, and ensuring premium service standards that align with the brand image.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Ensure a personalized luxury shopping experience for every client.
Maintain client database and follow up for repeat purchases and loyalty engagement.
Support store events, BTL activities, and promotional activities.
Ensure the store ambiance and service standards meet retail expectations.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and feedback.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Business Administration, Retail Management
Experience working with luxury brands, jewellry, or high-end lifestyle products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to handle high-profile clients
Presentable personality with a customer-first approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
