We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations for our hospital F&B services, including staff cafeteria, patient meals, and retail café outlets. The role requires strong control over billing, vendor management, and cost tracking while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Operations:
- Maintain daily accounting entries for cafeteria, café, and patient meal services
- Handle billing, invoicing, and collection tracking (IPD/OPD/corporate billing if applicable)
- Manage petty cash and day-end cash reconciliation for outlets
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily transactions
F&B & Inventory Coordination:
- Track food cost, consumption, and wastage in coordination with kitchen and stores
- Verify purchase orders, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and vendor invoices
- Ensure proper accounting of raw materials, bakery items, and consumables
- Monitor stock valuation and support monthly inventory audits
Vendor & Payment Management:
- Process vendor payments and maintain payment schedules
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with procurement and kitchen teams for billing accuracy
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Assist in preparing MIS reports (daily sales, food cost, outlet performance)
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
- Relevant certifications will be an added advantage
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts, preferably in Hospitality / Hospital / F&B / Retail Café
- Experience in handling multi-outlet accounting will be preferred
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of accounting software (Tally / Busy / SAP)
- Strong MS Excel skills (basic MIS & reporting)
- Understanding of food costing and inventory control is a plus
- Attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
- Good coordination and communication skills
