Job Description: HR Executive
Position Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing core human resource functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. This role ensures smooth HR processes and contributes to building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs.
- Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries.
- Support conflict resolution and grievance handling.
- Performance Management
- Assist in setting KPIs and monitoring employee performance.
- Coordinate appraisal cycles and feedback sessions.
- Compliance & Policy
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain HR records and documentation.
- Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Support career development initiatives.
- HR Operations
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
