Lead Research Intern – Business Development Support
Kolkata | On-site | 3-Month Internship
Collatzinc is looking for smart, detail-oriented interns to support our Business Development team through lead research, market mapping and CRM management.
This is not a sales calling role.
Your primary responsibility will be identifying companies, decision-makers, and business opportunities across international markets including the USA and Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Research companies and decision-makers online
- Build and maintain lead sheets and CRM data
- Collect and verify business contact information
- Support LinkedIn and email outreach preparation
- Organise data by industry, geography and business type
- Assist with market and competitor research
Requirements
- Good internet research and English communication skills
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Curious, proactive and willing to learn
- Interest in business, marketing, or technology preferred
