Telecalling Executive (B2B Sales) – Digital Marketing & Website Services

Job Responsibilities
Join our growing sales team and connect with business owners across India. You will make outbound calls using the B2B database provided by the company to generate qualified meetings for our Digital Marketing and Website Development services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 60–100 outbound B2B calls daily (10am to 7pm)
- Achieve 100–120 minutes of customer talk time per week
- Schedule 5–10 verified customer meetings per month
- Understand client requirements and introduce our digital solutions
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-up status
Salary & Performance Incentives
- Monthly Earnings: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 (based on performance)
Performance Rewards
- Earn an additional ₹500 for every verified meeting scheduled beyond 5 meetings in a month.
- Receive an extra 10% performance bonus on monthly invoice revenue exceeding ₹15,000.
Performance Policy
- If verified meetings are less than 5, a deduction of ₹400 per meeting will apply.
- For every 10-minute shortfall from the weekly customer talk-time target, ₹50 will be deducted.
