The Area Sales Manager (Inside Sales) will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective lead generation, client management, and strategic business development. This role involves managing the entire inside sales process, from prospecting to closing deals,ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting revenue targets.
Candidates should have strong communication skills, a proven sales background (preferablyin the agricultural or B2B/B2C sector), and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
KeyResponsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals for agricultural product sales.
Lead Generation & Management: Identify, qualify, and convert new business leads through outbound calls, digital channels, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, customer preferences, and competitoractivities to identify new opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s product portfolio and effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM and reporting tools.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely deliveries.
Pay: ₹40,000.50 - ₹60,000.34 per month
