· Performing Preventive & Breakdown maintenance.
· Install, assemble and test new machines and equipment; understand and comply with workplace safety regulations.
· Inspect machines regularly in case of malfunctions, including visual inspections, listening for irregular noises and conducting scheduled testing as appropriate.
· Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time critical equipment repairs.
· Perform emergency repairs on various types of machinery, including mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic.
· Identify and replace worn or damaged parts in a timely manner.
· Read and comply with work warranty service, modification or installation of machinery.
· Work effectively with other team members in a healthy environment.
· Undertake self-development activities as required by the business.
· Control the maintenance cost & reduce breakdown losses.
· Ensure the maintenance related activities & documentations are maintained as per QMS systems.
