About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist with expertise in International Sales, IT Services Sales, SaaS Sales, and B2B Business Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying global business opportunities, building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and closing deals across international markets.
This role requires a proactive sales professional who can confidently engage with decision-makers, understand client requirements, and present customized technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with prospective clients across the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and other international markets.
- Conduct discovery calls, virtual meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
- Understand client business challenges and propose suitable IT Services, SaaS Solutions, Software Development, AI Solutions, Cloud Services, or Digital Transformation offerings.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure successful client acquisition and onboarding.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in International Sales, Business Development, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, B2B Sales, or Inside Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience interacting with international clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and lead generation techniques.
