Job description:
We are looking for a results-focused Regional Sales Manager to take full ownership of the sales lifecycle — from generating leads to closing high-value deals. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who can independently drive digital initiatives, build a strong pipeline, and convert opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns, including email outreach and targeted prospecting
- Identify priority industries and customer segments to build and sustain a robust sales pipeline
- Actively manage leads through consistent engagement, follow-ups, and strategic communication across calls and emails
- Own the complete sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure
- Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and clearly communicate business value to prospects
- Lead client interactions through virtual and in-person meetings as needed
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to revenue growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, IT products, or services
- Strong track record of successfully managing full-cycle sales and converting leads into customers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and outbound sales strategies
- Ability to confidently present and sell technical solutions
- Exposure to AI technologies or SaaS platforms is a plus
- Comfortable engaging with clients across calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
- Willingness to travel as required
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 per year
