About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Freelance HR Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. If you have experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across IT and Non-IT domains, this is an excellent opportunity to earn based on successful placements while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Meet hiring timelines and placement targets.
Requirements :
- 6 months to 5+ years of recruitment experience (IT/Non IT/BFSI/Engineering/Healthcare hiring preferred).
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Ability to work independently and deliver quality profiles within deadlines.
