We are looking for a disciplined and process-oriented Tele Sales Executive responsible for:
- Lead qualification
- Initial client engagement
- Appointment scheduling
- CRM data accuracy
- Follow-up tracking

Key Responsibilities
- Calling inbound and outbound real estate leads
- Understanding buyer intent, budget, and timeline
- Filtering and qualifying genuine prospects
- Scheduling site visits / advisory calls
- Maintaining detailed CRM entries
- Coordinating with Relationship Managers
- Consistent follow-up with warm prospects
Required Skills
- Young, smart, clear and confident communication (Hindi + English mandatory)
- Basic understanding of real estate sales cycle
- Strong follow-up discipline
- CRM familiarity preferred
- Target-driven mindset
- Professional phone etiquette
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years in real estate tele sales preferred
- Comfortable with structured reporting
- Not impulsive — process-driven
