Job Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and offer letters.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in New Delhi, Delhi
