The role of an Accounts Head in an interior design company involves overseeing the financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include:
- Financial Management: Managing accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Project Accounting & Cost Control: Tracking expenses, billing milestones, and ensuring timely client billing based on project completion.
- Payables & Receivables Management: Managing vendor payments and maintaining an aging analysis for receivables.
- Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Handling GST filings, TDS deductions, and coordinating internal and external audits.
- Leadership & Development: Leading and developing the accounts team, ensuring smooth coordination between finance, procurement, operations, and management.
- This role requires a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in project accounting, working capital management, vendor and contractor billing, and statutory compliance within the interior design, construction, or real estate sector.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
