Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive – Fintech / Digital Lending
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of our fintech lending business and drive customer acquisition for our loan app.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all digital marketing activities for the company
* Handle LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
* Plan and execute Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
* Generate quality loan leads and increase app downloads
* Create and manage marketing content and campaigns
* SEO, SEM, and website traffic optimization
* Performance marketing and campaign optimization
* Monitor campaign performance and prepare MIS reports
* Build brand awareness and customer engagement across digital channels
* Coordinate with internal teams and external marketing partners
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of Digital Marketing experience in Fintech, NBFC, Banking, Loan App, or Financial Services industry (Mandatory)
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Marketing
Good knowledge of lead generation, performance marketing, SEO, and social media management
Strong communication and content creation skills
Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve ROI
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
