About the Role
We are looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our team at Vyttila, Kochi. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of motion graphics, visual storytelling, animation, and digital content creation.
You will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing motion graphics and video content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, and other communication requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital and social media platforms.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments based on project requirements.
- Work with the creative and marketing teams to understand briefs and deliver content within deadlines.
- Edit and enhance video content using appropriate animation, transitions, effects, typography, and sound.
- Create visually engaging social media reels, promotional videos, advertisements, explainer videos, and branded content.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with current motion design, animation, video editing, and social media trends.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Motion Graphics / Video Design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to transform creative concepts into compelling visual content.
- Good attention to detail and a strong sense of design aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good time-management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Knowledge of 3D animation/design tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D will be an added advantage.
- Experience in creating short-form video content, reels, advertisements, and promotional campaigns will be preferred.
- A strong and updated portfolio/showreel is required.
