Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to generate leads, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve results and reduce acquisition costs.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics including CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to develop high-performing marketing campaigns.
- Manage lead generation campaigns and ensure quality lead acquisition.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
