We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably within the manufacturing industry. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Support the preparation and filing of tax returns and other regulatory documents.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP9 / Tally Prime).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
