Job Summary
OJD Education is seeking a skilled and passionate IT Trainer (Computer Trainer) to deliver high-quality classroom and practical training to students. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of teaching or training experience and be proficient in NIELIT O Level concepts, MS Office, programming languages, web development, databases, graphic designing, AI tools, and emerging technologies. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging sessions, preparing students for examinations, and enhancing their technical and employability skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training for NIELIT O Level and other IT courses.
- Teach Computer Fundamentals, Operating Systems, Internet, Email, and Digital Literacy.
- Conduct hands-on training in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher) and Advanced Excel.
- Train students in web designing and web development technologies.
- Teach programming languages, databases, and software development concepts.
- Conduct practical sessions, assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and training documentation.
- Monitor student attendance, progress, and examination performance.
- Guide students in project development and interview preparation.
- Resolve students' technical and academic queries.
- Keep course content updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective course delivery.

Eligibility
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science), M.Sc. (IT), or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT Trainer, Computer Trainer, or Technical Faculty.
- Candidates with NIELIT O Level/A Level, relevant certifications, or training experience will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
