Job Purpose
To support the organization's talent acquisition process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating suitable candidates, ensuring timely closure of vacancies and a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to on boarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, offer acceptance, and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and other HR-related activities as assigned.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate assessment techniques.
- Experience working on job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
