We are looking for a proactive HR Executive who can manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Job Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive to handle recruitment activities, employee operations, onboarding, documentation, and HR coordination. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Handle offer letters, onboarding, employee documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and other HR operations.
- Support employee engagement and HR administrative activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining compliance.
- Perform other HR and operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Salary
- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on last CTC either)
Working Days & Timings
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
