Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Offline Sales & Marketing professional to drive revenue growth through direct, on-ground sales activities. The role focuses on building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and local businesses to increase bookings, brand visibility, and occupancy rates.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, travel agencies, and event planners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (room bookings, events, banquets, etc.)
- Promote hotel packages, seasonal offers, and services to potential clients
2. Client Relationship Management
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations
- Maintain a strong database of existing and potential clients
- Handle client queries, negotiations, and contract closures
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
3. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
- Identify market trends and suggest new strategies
- Provide feedback to management for improving services and offerings
4. Brand Promotion & Offline Marketing
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns (events, exhibitions, tie-ups)
- Coordinate with local businesses for cross-promotions
- Represent the company in trade shows, networking events, and corporate meetings
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with operations, reservations, and front office teams
- Ensure smooth execution of bookings and events
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in hospitality sales or offline marketing
- Strong network with corporates, travel agents, or event planners preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
