NOC Specialist – Mohali
We are hiring a NOC Specialist to provide technical support and troubleshoot network-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, DNS, DHCP, routing, and firewall issues.
- Handle technical queries through phone, email, and chat.
- Escalate complex issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation and support records.
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Networking, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support/NOC.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and firewalls.
- Experience with tools such as Ping, Traceroute, and Wireshark.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- CCNA/Network+ certification preferred.
