Vaidban Ayurved Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced CFO / Finance Head to lead financial strategy, planning, cash-flow management, profitability, reporting, controls, audit, and overall financial performance.
The candidate will work closely with the MD and senior management and provide financial insights to support business growth and strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Finance & Accounts function.
* Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.
* Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial plans, and MIS reports.
* Monitor revenue, expenses, margins, profitability, and financial performance.
* Drive cost control and profitability improvement.
* Establish strong financial controls, SOPs, and reporting systems.
* Manage internal and external audits and statutory compliance.
* Identify financial risks and implement mitigation measures.
* Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the MD.
* Build and manage an effective finance team with clear KRAs and KPIs.
* Support business expansion, investments, and strategic planning.
Requirements
* 12–18+ years of Finance & Accounts experience, preferably in a senior leadership role.
* Strong experience in budgeting, MIS, cash flow, profitability, audit, and financial planning.
* Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial controls.
* Proven team-management and leadership experience.
* Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and decision-making skills.
* High integrity, confidentiality, ownership, and professionalism.
* Ability to work directly with the MD and senior management.
* Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
