Paras MotoCorp India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Factory Manager / Production Manager for our Seat Cover Manufacturing Unit, Sahibabad.
Candidate must have 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Automotive Industry with strong knowledge of Production Planning, Manpower Handling, Quality, Dispatch and Daily Factory Operations.
Candidate should have handled minimum 50+ workers independently. Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Productivity Improvement, OEE, PPC, Team Management and Customer vendor handling, will be preferred.
Age must be between 35–40 years maximum.
Salary ₹30,000–₹40,000 CTC per month (based on experience and interview).
Candidates from unrelated industries or without manufacturing experience are
