Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online meetings, coordination calls, and internal discussions.
- Follow up regularly with interns, team members, candidates, and stakeholders in a structured and professional way.
- Support HR and operations activities through coordination, communication, documentation, and task management.
- Represent SPARK+ and SOLO in virtual events, webinars, online meetups, and community sessions when required.
- Support SOLO upskilling initiatives by coordinating with employers, learners, institutions, and community partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutions, employers, learners, interns, and team members.
- Work with internal teams to prepare documents, reports, trackers, forms, presentations, and communication material.
- Support onboarding, scheduling, coordination, and communication with external and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct basic research and support operational improvements for HR and coordination activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills — comfortable coordinating with people and managing conversations professionally.
- Some exposure to HR, operations, coordination, or administrative roles (internships are fine).
- Basic understanding of digital platforms, documentation, and workflow coordination.
- Ability to coordinate tasks, communication, and follow-ups effectively.
- Good follow-up habits and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and stay consistent.
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with onboarding, scheduling, coordination, or operational activities.
- Exposure to events, networking, HR activities, or administrative processes.
