As an SFMC CDP Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce Customer Data Platform solutions to help the organization unify customer data, drive personalization at scale, and enable impactful marketing automation. You will work closely with marketing, data, and technology stakeholders to build a 360° customer view and ensure seamless integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Designing and implementing Salesforce CDP data models, using Data Streams, Data Bundles, and Identity Resolution rules.
- Building and maintaining customer profiles, segmentation frameworks, and real-time audience activation.
- Integrating CDP with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and external data sources.
- Ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards (GDPR, privacy policies).
- Enabling cross-cloud personalization by activating unified customer data for journeys, campaigns, and analytics.
- Collaborating with marketing and data teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Monitoring platform performance, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing workflows and segmentation logic.
- Supporting data strategy initiatives, including ingestion pipelines, identity stitching, and consent management.
