Job Summary
DIGIBRICKS ENTERTAINMENT PVT. LTD. is looking for an experienced VFX Supervisor with comprehensive knowledge of the Indian film and VFX industry to lead end-to-end VFX production. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, production management skills, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams while delivering industry-standard visual effects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the complete VFX production pipeline.
- International & Domestic VFX Project Experience.
- Manage and mentor artists across all VFX departments.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules and production workflows.
- Review shots and ensure industry-standard quality throughout production.
- Collaborate with directors, clients, and production teams to achieve creative and technical goals.
- Resolve technical and production challenges to ensure timely project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of the Indian film and VFX industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the complete VFX production pipeline, including Pre-production, Matchmove, Layout, Modeling, Texturing, Look Development, Rigging, Animation, FX, Lighting, Rendering, Compositing, Roto, Paint, Tracking, Color Management, QC, and Final Delivery.
- Strong expertise in VFX production management, pipeline development, and industry-standard workflows.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Maya, Nuke, Houdini, Blender, Silhouette, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Unreal Engine, Mocha Pro, PFTrack/3DEqualizer, Substance 3D Painter, DaVinci Resolve, and other industry-standard VFX software.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
