Core Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests: Greet arrivals at the door with a polite and friendly demeanor.
- Luggage handling: Safely transport, store, and retrieve guest bags during check-in and check-out.
- Room orientation: Escort guests to rooms, explain room features, and demonstrate operating controls like lights or AC.
- Delivering items: Hand-deliver mail, packages, room service orders, or requested amenities to guest rooms.
- Providing information: Answer general inquiries about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Lobby maintenance: Keep the bell desk and lobby area clean, tidy, and organized
- Key Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Clear verbal skills and a polite, helpful attitude.
- Physical fitness: High stamina and the ability to lift heavy luggage safely.
- Local knowledge: Familiarity with the hotel layout and nearby city spots.
- Professionalism: Neat grooming and punctuality.
