About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, counseling abilities, and a passion for helping students choose the right educational programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact and engage with assigned leads through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-up communication.
- Conduct online counseling sessions via Google Meet and assist students in making informed enrollment decisions.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses and programs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counseling sessions, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets related to calls, talk time, counseling sessions, and revenue generation.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a positive counseling experience.
- Coordinate with team leaders and management regarding lead status and performance updates.
- Provide market and competitor insights to support business growth.
- Follow company counseling processes, policies, and ethical standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Daily Targets
- Calls: 120
- Talk Time: 180 Minutes (3 Hours)
- Counseling Sessions: 6 per day

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in Admission Counseling, Education Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Working Hours
- Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday
- Weekly Off: 1 Day Per Week
- Candidates must be available during official working hours for calls, counseling sessions, and team coordination.

- Collection above ₹5,000 – ₹200
- Collection above ₹10,000 – ₹500
- Collection above ₹15,000 – ₹1,000
- Collection above ₹20,000 – ₹2,000
Monthly Incentives
- Revenue of 8× Salary – 3% Incentive
- Revenue of 9× Salary – 4% Incentive
- Revenue of 10× Salary – 5% Incentive
