We are looking for a Facility Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Greater Noida. The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the facility, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace. The role involves managing vendors, supervising maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting smooth facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations and maintenance of the facility.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other maintenance services.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of facility services.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure the facility is in excellent condition.
- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor facility-related budgets, expenses, and material consumption.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, vendor performance, and facility reports.
- Respond promptly to facility-related issues and implement effective solutions.
- Support space management, asset management, and infrastructure improvements.
- Prepare periodic reports on facility performance and present updates to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 2+ years of experience as a Facility Manager, Facility Engineer, or in facility operations and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and facility management practices.
- Experience in managing vendors, contractors, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Understanding of health, safety, fire, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Good communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of facility management software is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Greater Noida.
