About Tulo Baby
Tulo Baby is a premium baby lifestyle brand creating thoughtfully designed newborn and toddler essentials made with soft, breathable cotton for Indian families. We are looking for an experienced Freelance ECommerce Listing Executive who understands marketplace operations and can independently manage product listings across multiple eCommerce platforms.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for creating, updating, optimizing, and maintaining product listings across online marketplaces while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and marketplace compliance. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with baby, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Listing Management
- Create new product listings from scratch.
- Upload products across marketplaces including:
- FirstCry
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Hopscotch
- Myntra
- Nykaa Fashion (if applicable)
- Other baby and lifestyle marketplaces
- Create parent-child variations (size, colour, prints, packs, etc.).
- Upload high-quality images, videos, and product documents.
- Maintain category-wise product catalogues.
Product Content Management
- Write and optimize:
- Product Titles
- Bullet Points
- Product Descriptions
- Specifications
- Search Keywords
- Backend Attributes
- Ensure listings are SEO-friendly and marketplace compliant.
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
Catalogue Operations
- Bulk catalogue uploads using Excel templates.
- Category mapping.
- Attribute mapping.
- Variant creation.
- Image sequencing.
- Product data verification.
- Inventory updates.
- Price updates.
- Listing corrections.
Marketplace Coordination
- Resolve listing errors and suppression issues.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams.
- Handle approval and quality issues.
- Maintain catalogue health.
Product Launch Support
- Coordinate with internal teams for new launches.
- Ensure listings go live with complete content and assets.
- Cross-check product information before publishing.
Reporting
- Maintain listing tracker.
- Share weekly status reports.
- Track pending approvals and listing issues.
- Monitor catalogue completeness.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketplace catalogue management.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Amazon Seller Central
- FirstCry Vendor Portal
- Flipkart Seller Hub
- Hopscotch Vendor Portal
- Other Indian eCommerce platforms
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience with bulk uploads.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding of marketplace SEO.
- Good written English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience
Candidates who have worked with:
- Baby brands
- Kidswear brands
- Fashion brands
- Lifestyle brands
- D2C consumer brands will be preferred.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Amazon A+ Content.
- Experience with Brand Registry.
- Understanding of catalogue quality metrics.
- Basic image editing knowledge.
- Familiarity with Shopify product management.
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT for listing optimization.
