We are looking for a qualified and motivated Special Educator to join our team in a remote (work-from-home) capacity across India. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about capacity building, training, and content development within the inclusive education space.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will primarily work in collaboration with the internal psychology and program teams and will not be directly involved in one-on-one interaction with Children with Special Needs (CWSN).
The role focuses on strengthening program quality through designing and delivering training sessions for Special Educators (SEs), along with developing high-quality content, training materials, and resources. A strong conceptual and practical understanding of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) is essential, as the candidate will guide educators in effective IEP creation and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver online training sessions and workshops for Special Educators (SEs)
- Develop training modules, manuals, and resource materials
- Collaborate with psychology and program teams for content development
- Provide academic guidance to SEs on IEP development and implementation
- Review and support the quality of IEPs created in the field
- Contribute to continuous improvement of training methodologies and materials
- Support internal documentation, reporting, and knowledge management
- Use digital platforms for coordination, tracking, and training delivery
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education (RCI certification preferred)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in training, content development, or special education
- Strong understanding of IEP creation, assessments, and intervention frameworks
- Prior experience in conducting trainings or workshops is preferred
- Familiarity with tools like PRASHAST is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Comfortable working in a remote, tech-enabled environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
