Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage road work construction activities on-site.
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards in line with project specifications.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth workflow.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders for updates and issue resolution.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve on-site challenges promptly to avoid delays.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in road construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of roadwork techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering projects successfully.
