We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Officer – Sales & Marketing (S&M) to drive lead generation through various marketing activities, counsel prospective students and parents, and convert leads into successful admissions.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, networking, presentation, and sales skills, along with a passion for education and student counselling. The role involves extensive field activities, school visits, seminars, home visits, and engagement with local stakeholders to generate business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and admissions by maintaining a continuous pipeline of prospective students through Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities.
- Conduct seminars in schools, open seminars, career awareness programs, and promotional activities at residential and other strategic locations within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular school visits and build relationships with principals, coordinators, teachers, and school management to identify and develop business opportunities.
- Conduct home visits to counsel students and parents, understand their educational requirements, address concerns, and convert prospects into admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, schools, tuition teachers, and other local influencers to generate referrals and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong local network to increase brand visibility and generate consistent leads.
- Follow up effectively with prospective students and parents through calls, meetings, emails, and other communication channels.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, counselling, conversion, admission, and revenue targets.
- Ensure a positive and delightful customer experience throughout the admission journey.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counselling sessions, and admissions using the designated sales/service software or CRM.
- Ensure strict adherence to organizational processes, policies, reporting requirements, and compliance standards.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience
- Previous experience in student counselling, educational counselling, career counselling, or admissions is preferred.
- Experience in B2C sales across the education or other industries is preferred.
- Candidates with strong communication, sales, networking, and public-speaking skills who are passionate about education may also be considered.
