Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Resident Medical Officer (RMO) for the night shift at our healthcare facility in Khanda Colony. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring patients, handling emergencies, providing medical care, and coordinating with nursing staff during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage patients during the night shift.
Attend to emergency medical situations and provide immediate care.
Examine patients and provide appropriate treatment as required.
Monitor vital signs and overall patient condition.
Coordinate with nurses and other healthcare staff.
Consult senior doctors whenever required.
Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
Handle admissions, emergencies, and other routine medical requirements during the shift.
Follow hospital protocols, safety standards, and medical ethics.
Requirements:
MBBS degree with valid medical registration.
1–3 years of experience as an RMO/Resident Medical Officer.
Good clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.
Willingness to work night shifts.
Good patient-care and teamwork skills.
