Job Title: Telecaller
Role Summary:
Responsible for making and receiving customer calls, providing information about products/services, handling customer queries, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls.
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain call records and customer data.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Calling and customer handling skills.
- Basic email and computer knowledge.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
