Responsible for managing service operations, ensuring effective ERP implementation, improving customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure ERP implementation across all functions
- Monitor registration of all service calls (indoor & outdoor) in ERP
- Allocate service calls to Service Engineers on time
- Maintain dealer and distributor satisfaction through regular visits and follow-ups
- Conduct store audits by verifying spare parts through ERP and physical stock
- Analyze and follow up on pending calls with proper documentation in service logs
- Guide team to close pending calls efficiently
- Achieve revenue targets and control branch expenses
- Reduce dealer returns by ensuring timely service at dealer locations
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in Customer Service Support (Electronics/Home Appliances)
- Good computer knowledge (ERP experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Qualification:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
