Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1–3 years of experience to support and enhance our human resources functions. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and background verification, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
● Manage end-to-end IT & Non-IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
● Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
● Post job openings on portals and social media platforms
● Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
● Conduct onboarding sessions and documentation
● Ensure smooth induction and orientation programs
● Handle exit formalities, including exit interviews and clearance
3. HR Operations
● Maintain employee records and HR databases
● Handle attendance, leave management, and HRIS updates
● Support payroll inputs and verification
4. Employee Engagement
● Plan and execute engagement activities and events
● Address employee queries and grievances
● Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
5. Compliance & Policies
● Ensure adherence to company policies and labour laws
● Maintain HR documentation for audits and compliance checks
6. Background Verification (BGV)
● Initiate and manage end-to-end background verification checks for new hires
● Coordinate with third-party BGV vendors for employment, education, and address verification
● Track BGV status and ensure timely closure before onboarding confirmation
● Highlight discrepancies and coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders for
resolution
● Maintain proper documentation and reports related to BGV processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
● 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR practices

Preferred Qualifications
● MBA/PGDM/BBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
