Finance Manager – Bangalore

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Assistant Finance Manager with 7–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts and proven expertise in leading teams and managing end-to-end finance operations.
The ideal candidate should have experience handling a team of at least 6 members, working closely with Directors and Senior Management, and taking complete ownership of the organization's finance function. We are seeking a dependable professional who can identify, manage, and resolve financial and operational issues within defined timelines and ensure closure by the end of the day whenever possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a Finance & Accounts team of 6+ members.
- Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of all finance activities.
- Oversee end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, compliance, taxation, audits, payroll coordination, and MIS reporting.
- Work directly with Directors and Management on financial planning, budgeting, and business decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance across all financial processes.
- Drive process improvements and establish strong financial controls.
- Take ownership of critical issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, auditors, and statutory authorities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven experience in handling and mentoring finance teams.
- Excellent work allocation, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Experience working with Directors, Founders, or Senior Management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of finance operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Eligibility:
- Karnataka candidates preferred.
- Candidates from other states must be proficient in Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively to client locations across India.
Compensation:
- Salary: Up to ₹7.2 LPA (based on experience and skills)
- Pay Range: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000 per month
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to commute to or relocate to HSR Layout, Bengaluru before joining.
- Willingness to travel: 100%
