Job Description – ERP Software Sales/Business Development Executive

Job Role:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented ERP Software Sales Professionals with 2–6 years of field sales experience in ERP/Enterprise product sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting client meetings, understanding business requirements, and driving end-to-end ERP, SFA and other AI solution sales in the Bangalore, Chennai and Coimbatore markets. Need to have the sales flair to run in the market and convert opportunities to deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers through field sales activities, networking, referrals, and market visits
- Identify opportunities for ERP solutions across Manufacturing, Trading, Retail, Distribution, and Service industries
- Conduct client presentations, product demos, and requirement discussions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, business owners, and decision-makers
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution proposals and demonstrations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline reports
- Participate in exhibitions, events, and business networking activities
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in ERP Software
- Strong field sales and client acquisition experience
- Good understanding of ERP concepts and business processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle corporate meetings independently
- Self-motivated with target-oriented approach
- Knowledge of SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, or similar ERP solutions is an added advantage
- Graduation in Business, Commerce, IT, or related field
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in B2B software sales
- Existing network in SME / Mid-market companies in Bangalore or Chennai
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
