- Curriculum Delivery: Instruct students (typically in Classes 6 to 10) in the Sanskrit language, including prose, poetry, and foundational grammar (Vyakaran).
- Lesson Planning: Develop engaging lesson plans aligned directly with the BSE Odisha syllabus and curriculum guidelines.
- Student Assessment: Design and evaluate tests, assignments, and periodic exams to measure student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Cultural Promotion: Organize and encourage participation in cultural events, shloka recitations, and activities that celebrate Sanskrit heritage.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, disciplined, and interactive learning environment conducive to language acquisition.
- Parental Communication: Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to discuss student performance and learning goals.
