Job Description
We are a leading NBFC providing secured and unsecured financial services including Gold Loans, Debentures, and Retail Lending products. We are looking for a highly experienced and performance-driven Area Manager to lead and manage multiple branches and teams across the assigned zone.
The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of NBFC operations, branch performance management, and business development with a proven track record in Gold Loan and related NBFC products.
✅ Experience Required
- Minimum 5+ years of Managerial Experience in the NBFC sector
- Must have strong exposure in:
- Gold Loans
- Debentures / Investment Products
- Branch operations & sales leadership
Key Responsibilities
- Handle overall zone performance and profitability
- Drive Gold Loan business growth and portfolio expansion
- Ensure branch targets for:
- Disbursements
- Cross-selling
- Customer acquisition
- Monitor and improve business productivity across branches
- Ensure strong customer service standards
- Support recruitment, training, and development of branch teams
- Coordinate with Head Office for updates, reports, and strategies
Requirements / Skills
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Excellent knowledge of NBFC operations and compliance
- Must be target-oriented with proven achievement history
- Strong communication, reporting & stakeholder coordination
- Ability to manage multiple branches and large teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
