Job Description: (Management Representative)
- Process and System Knowledge for Machined Components
- Process and Internal Audit
- Customer Audits Handling
- Ensuring the compliance of all the functions as per the ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 : 2016 standard
- Preparing Audit schedules, Conducting Internal Audits, preparing audit reports, Writing Nonconformity reports
- Communicating skill to the Top Management on Quality issues / Non-conformists & Audit reports Measuring & Monitoring the process performance
- Initiate necessary corrective and preventive action taken
- Review of Quality policy periodically
- Time to time review of all the functions, to check the effective implementation of Quality Management system
- Ensure that company third party accreditation are obtained and maintained (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 : 2016 )
- Ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner
- Assist in the preparation of tenders by providing management system related documents
- Train all company personnel in the documented company policies
- Identify relevant legislative requirements
- Control and maintain the company audit and risk assessment schedule
- Conduct safety, quality and environmental system compliance audits
- Ensure personnel have received appropriate training and are assessed as competent to perform tasks
- Prepare and submit monthly management reports relating to company systems, compliance and incidents
- Maintain the company library of compliance resources including standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as Management Representative
- Conscientious and responsible
- A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- In depth understanding of Management Representative procedures and relevant legal standards
- Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
- B.SC / BA/ BE in degree
- Certification of Management Representative is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 & IATF etc.)
