Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to promote matrimonial services, generate memberships, and maintain strong client relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills, sales ability, and confidence in handling customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers and explain matrimonial service packages.
- Generate new memberships and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and direct meetings.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful registrations.
- Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
- Provide proper guidance regarding profile creation and matchmaking services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the customer support team for smooth service delivery.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
