Job Description:
- Install and configure IoT devices at customer sites as per technical specifications
- Perform commissioning and ensure proper device connectivity (Wi-Fi, LAN, SIM-based)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues in IoT systems
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of devices
- Repair or replace faulty components and ensure minimal downtime
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper device placement and wiring
- Maintain service reports, installation records, and daily activity logs
- Coordinate with backend/technical teams for issue resolution
- Provide basic training or guidance to clients on device usage
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during field work
Qualification and Skill Set:
- Basic knowledge of electronics, wiring, and circuit understanding
- Familiarity with IoT devices, sensors, and controllers
- Basic networking knowledge (IP configuration, routers, SIM connectivity)
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams
- Good communication and reporting skills

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
