Key Responsibilities :-
Initiate outbound calls to assigned leads using the auto-dialer system.
Qualify leads by assessing interest, career goals, eligibility, and learning needs.
Build trust and credibility through consultative selling, active listening, and effective communication.
Create urgency and interest to successfully schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions.
Coordinate with Admission Counsellors to ensure seamless handover and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Consistently work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
