Position: Tele Caller (Inbound & Outbound)Job Summary
Prop CID Infotech Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Callers to manage both inbound and outbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, providing information about company products/services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Calling
- Attend incoming customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Outbound Calling
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and customers.
- Explain company products/services and promotional offers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Tele Calling, Customer Support, BPO, or Sales Calling.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
