Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform professional facials, clean-ups, detan, bleach, and skincare treatments.
- Provide threading, waxing, body polishing, and other grooming services.
- Perform manicure, pedicure, and basic nail care services.
- Understand clients' skin types and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain proper hygiene and sterilization of salon tools and equipment.
- Ensure workstations are clean and organized at all times.
- Build strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service.
- Recommend suitable beauty products and after-care routines.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, products, and treatment techniques.
- Assist the team during busy hours and maintain a positive work environment.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of beauty and skincare treatments.
- Expertise in threading, waxing, facials, cleanup, detan, bleach, manicure, and pedicure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with professional grooming.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment.
Qualifications
- Professional Beautician Course or Diploma from a recognized institute.
- 1–2 years of experience in a professional salon.
