Job Description :
- Identify and generate high-quality leads through online research, LinkedIn, technical directories, and industry-specific platforms.
- Conduct cold calling to reach potential customers, understand their requirements, and qualify leads as per predefined criteria.
- Build and maintain a structured lead database and coordinate qualified leads with the sales/BD team.
- Support the sales team in email campaigns, outreach activities, and proposal follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify potential industries, applications, and target customers.
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation metrics with accuracy.
Skills Required:
- Strong research and basic technical understanding to identify relevant leads.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).Confidence in cold calling and telephonic communication.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to understand technical products/processes (training will be provided).
- Systematic data management and attention to detail.
Qualification:
Graduate/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or any technical stream.
good with Technical/ Engineering drawing reading
0–2 years in sales, cold calling, sales support, or technical research (freshers with good communication and willingness to do calling may apply).
Preferred:
Experience in B2B technical lead generation,Sales and cold calling.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator,and market research tools.
