Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Project Coordinator – Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate sales activities, conduct product demonstrations, interact with customers, and support the sales team in achieving business goals. This role also involves participating in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to showcase our products and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events held at various locations.
- Represent the company professionally during exhibitions and events.
- Generate new business leads through exhibitions and customer interactions.
- Prepare quotations, reports, and sales-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in BBA or B.Com.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam. Basic communication in English is an added advantage.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Experience: Freshers to 2 years
